As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping our vendor recruitment efforts, utilizing creative sourcing methods, and ensuring the seamless flow of the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Sourcing & Recruitment
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified vendors to meet both regional and organizational demands.
- Screen vendors to ensure they meet company standards and align with specific job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with key hiring managers, including General Managers and Operations Managers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative sourcing methods (social media, job boards, community networks) to attract vendors in hard-to-fill or underserved areas.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific vendor needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies to address regional or niche vendor requirements
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management
- Create and manage requisitions in the ATS, ensuring approvals are obtained prior to starting the recruitment process.
- Track and monitor vendor applications, guiding them smoothly through each recruitment stage.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate processes and recommend areas for improvement.
Field Recruitment Support
- Travel to regional field locations as needed to tackle specific recruitment challenges.
- Build relationships with local communities to strengthen vendor pipelines and enhance sourcing efforts.
