This position works under the direction of the Life Sales and Operations Department in providing lead administrative support by performing tasks in an efficient and expedient manner ensuring the department operates efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform a wide variety of advanced administrative duties which may be of a confidential or technical nature.
- Support management by collecting and maintaining data for reports and for budget reconciliation.
- Maintain and report on all attendance records and maintain all personnel files.
- Create various forms, charts, and reports for unit management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years administrative experience desired.
- Advanced typing ability required.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new analytical tools and software.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office products –Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Requires advanced ability to prioritize and multi-task, while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$22.69 - $30.22Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
