Job Summary: The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new clients, growing existing client relationships over the phone, email, virtual meetings and in person. Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Participates in trade shows and conventions. The primary goal is to achieve sales targets by effectively understanding customer and representing appropriate solutions to drive the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross- selling.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Close sales: Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales. Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Customer Support: Provide prompt and effective customer support to resolve issues and answer questions. Liaise with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM software.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, industry lists and websites. Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective and current clients.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role. Experience in Mortgage or appraisal industry is a plus.
Other Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Compensation: Base salary with commission structure. Benefits package including health insurance, 4O1K, and Paid Time Off.
