Rate - $56 / hr on W2.
Job Details
This role will manage and orchestrate large-scale critical transformation programs / projects that involve multiple Business units and dependencies.
- This role will also be accountable for core project management activities including planning, communications, managing of plan, risk / issue management, and more.
- Ensure that projects are planned and executed in a manner consistent with company strategy, commitments, goals, and standards and aligned to critical transformation initiatives.
- Govern consistent delivery of the cross programs with a Scrum / Agile approach
- Assist with the identification and management of cross-BU interdependencies
- Partner with other project management leaders to ensure alignment on critical initiatives and decision making.
- Drive and facilitate the right discussions with business leaders to identify business capabilities in relation to current and future business objectives
- Partner and deliver project milestones with selected systems integration vendor.
- Ensure timely delivery critical data needs to realize business value to users and our clients sooner than later
- Improve business approach and analysis to support nimble decision making
- Deliver clarity on value delivery timing
- Must have 7 years project / program management experience driving large-scale transformation projects (1-3-year initiatives).
- Experience in managing budgets of (USD)3M
- Experience with MDM and / or data warehouse initiatives a strong consideration
- Experience with Salesforce solutions a plus
- Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills tailored to meet the needs of the different end users, team members, sr. management and executive leadership in cross-cultural business environment
- Must be well organized, methodical and pay close attention to detail
- Possess excellent written / oral communication skills
- Able to work well in a highly collaborative cross discipline team
- Flexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats if needed
- Proven ability to collaborate in a global / matrix environment
- Strong work ethic with focus on meeting deadlines and objectives
- Solution minded, detail-oriented and is firm yet flexible
