Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, operate, and maintain the Firm's compliance program, ensuring its adequacy and effectiveness.
- Supervise daily, periodic, and special compliance reviews, analyzing relevant documents, information, and records.
- Monitor and test Firm policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Prepare and submit required regulatory filings and disclosure documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain well-organized systemic records of the Firm's compliance program for potential outside audits and/or examinations.
- Open and monitor Firm bank accounts, preparing and delivering KYC and AML materials requested from external administrators.
