We are looking for an Human Resources Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative duties to support the HR Manager including recruiting, scanning/filing, and payroll. You will facilitate daily HR functions such as keeping track of employees records and time, maintaining employee files, reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews, and aiding with compliance. Our enterprise is rapidly expanding and there is long-term growth potential.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HR, recruiting, payroll, as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will be able to work autonomously, and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR operations under the supervision of the HR Manager. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools. Comfort with technology and computer literacy is a must.
Responsibilities
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources leadership
- Conduct onboarding and maintain records of employees.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Respond to employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure accuracy in compensation and benefits administration.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Assist leadership in compliance and survey preparedness.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
- Complete termination procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Relevant Human Resource experience.
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices
- Strong ability in using Google Office Suite (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and QuickBooks are a plus.
- In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Associate of Arts in Human Resources (required), Bachelor's preferred.
Schedule
Monday through Friday
8:30am - 4:30pm
This position is on-site in NW Tucson/Marana, AZ.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
