Responsibilities
ACT ONE Theatre School, located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, is accepting applications for acting teachers.
ACT ONE offers classes during the school year as well as a summer camp program. Duties include teaching acting classes as well as co-directing fully produced musicals. The fall acting classes focus on developing performance skills and techniques, with both weekly and semester-long objectives. Our programs have students of varying levels of theatrical experience; and the instructor will be expected to continually assess and build upon students' progress.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of successful performance and teaching experience.
Hours
School years vary depending on which program/classes the applicant is teaching.
Summer Camp runs from June 16 - July 9, 2025 (9-4pm) July 10-11 (9am - 11pm)
