Contract Technical Writer
As a Technical Writer you will
- Write end-user documentation (user guides,
getting started guides, support FAQs, reference material) for cloud-based
software applications.
design online documentation that meets the needs of multiple audiences at
various stages in the learning cycle using a single content repository.
tasks, rather than how to use the user interface.
an expert on our products and methodologies.
teams to understand customer needs and create content that allows users to be
self-sufficient.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $140000.00
o Bonuses : 5% base, with potential for 10-15% if management incentives are met.
o Vacation : 3 weeks, 9 holidays, 3 floating holidays, and 20 hours of volunteering time.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Cary,NC.
