Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support a change management project with a leading aerospace employer in Connecticut. This role involves compiling, tracking, and managing PowerPoint presentations, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items. The coordinator will follow up with initiative owners to ensure the completion of assigned actions.
Responsibilities
- Compile PowerPoint presentations based on provided content and templates.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in slide formatting, layout, and design.
- Track and manage multiple presentations for various meetings and projects.
- Update and revise presentations as needed based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Manage and propose agenda topics for multiple weekly meetings.
- Manage weekly goals and attend designated meetings.
- Take detailed minutes during meetings, capturing key discussion points, decisions made, and action items assigned.
- Distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders promptly after each meeting.
- Provide initiative owners with nudges and suggestions to keep progress on track.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of action items identified during meetings.
- Manage a rolling action item list (RAIL) to track the progress and status of each action item, including deadlines and responsible parties.
- Follow up with initiative owners regularly to ensure timely completion of action items.
- Provide status updates to stakeholders on the progress of action items.
Essential Skills
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications (O365).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in taking meeting minutes and managing action items.
- BS in Business or Communications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Administrative assistance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Administrative support.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
