Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience using REVIT and a strong background in residential or multifamily project types. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce architectural designs and construction documents using REVIT.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design integrity and project goals are met.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in REVIT is mandatory.
- Experience with residential and/or multifamily projects.
- Strong design and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
