Job Title: Architectural Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented architectural designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic and collaborative studio environment. This position involves working on healthcare projects and requires a highly motivated individual with strong technical and design capabilities. Proficiency in Revit is essential, and training opportunities are available from our experienced senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Compile data and perform design computations in collaboration with the project team.
• Work with senior designers and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Apply creative design concepts to projects and expand on concepts developed by others.
• Participate in project proposals to develop design solutions.
• Understand industry-standard construction techniques, building regulations, and engineering principles to apply to project plans.
• Support design efforts and client presentations to develop client relationships.
• Develop, modify, and/or review drawings to incorporate the design intent.
• Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and implementation documents.
• Collaborate on the development of design throughout appropriate phases of the project.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The firm is an international company with offices in multiple states and a portfolio spanning multiple disciplines. The Richmond office has three main studios: Healthcare, Mission Critical, and Sports, and also works on K-12, Hospitality, and Life Science projects. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $36.00/hr.
