Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Creating design and construction documents for mainly their franchise/retail projects
• Develop construction documents from draftsman or PM’s direction
• Assist in managing the job folders
• Assist with project administration
• Field measure and document existing building conditions
• Efficient and able to meet specific client deadlines and project goals
Will use AutoCAD for majority of these projects, but will get trained in Revit when they have more projects that utilize it.
Will be a part of their newly formed Franchise studio, and they have high-volume/fast-paced projects dealing with a national food chain, and will mainly support the CAD drafting side of their projects, but also could do more the technical side of the projects if they have experience doing it. This person will also be able to work on other projects in other departments, such as Office Space, Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, etc. They prefer their team to be in the office 5 days a week, but once the person is up and running and trained, they are open to 2-3 days remote.

Associates and 5 plus years of experience doing Architectural Drafting/CAD work
AutoCAD skills

Experience with PowerPoint, Illustrator and/or Photoshop

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
