The ideal candidate will assist in producing design development and construction drawings for our diverse portfolio of commercial projects across the United States.
Job Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time, W2
- Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $35.00, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (PTO).
- In-Office work required five days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD
- Adapt standard details and prototype criteria to meet project-specific requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Execute tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial and retail design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
