What You'll Do:
- Uphold project standards, professionalism, and creativity in every task.
- Perform design layouts and features, ensuring precision and aesthetic appeal.
- Draft and review existing conditions, including measurement and documentation of buildings.
- Engage in hand drafting and computer rendering during the schematic design phase.
- Create detailed CAD architectural drawings or Revit models based on existing building dimensions.
- Update redlines on all phases of various projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist project managers with selections, sourcing, errands, schedules, and prepare stunning presentation boards.
- Produce design development drawings and collaborate closely with architects.
- Follow projects through the design development and construction document phases, ensuring seamless progression.
- Review construction documentation for accuracy and completeness, including construction sets and shop drawings.
Who You Are:
- Proficient in Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Hold a professional architectural degree from the US.
- Have 0-4 years of experience in the field.
- A collaborative and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and possess a creative mindset.
