Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join a prominent Architecture firm with offices in Phoenix, AZ, and Dublin, OH. This is a Direct Hire position where you will start as an employee on Day 1. The firm focuses on Aviation, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Community projects across the United States. As a Project Manager, you will fulfill both project management and architectural design responsibilities in a seller-doer role.

Responsibilities

• Update clients on the progress of projects.
• Address changes to the overall scope of projects.
• Interact with consultants and schedule project timelines.
• Manage project budgets.
• Lead a team of less tenured designers for production.
• Perform construction administration.
• Follow through with all phases of design from conceptual design to construction administration.
• Utilize Revit to produce complete sets of construction documents.
• Perform Quality Control checks on drawings.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit for architectural design and 3D modeling.
• Experience in project management and construction administration.
• Strong understanding of conceptual design, schematic design, and design development.
• Ability to produce construction documents.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• A 4-year degree in Architecture.
• Project experience with large commercial buildings such as higher education, schools, healthcare, aviation, and government facilities.
• Architecture registration is preferred.
• Stable job history with no multiple short-tenure positions.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, and Friday from 7:30 am - 11:30 am. This is an on-site position with no remote work. The role involves working on a variety of projects across the entire United States.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00
