Looking for an Engineering Technician to assemble and test complex mechanical/electrical systems in a cleanroom environment., supporting process improvements, engineering testing, lean initiatives, and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test products according to specifications.
- Identify and report production issues.
- Support problem-solving and process improvements.
- Manufacture and deliver complex systems.
- Resolve technical problems and guide team members.
- Contribute to pilot and volume production.
- Develop and improve processes and documentation.
- Evaluate new procedures before implementation.
- Suggest product improvements.
- Gain knowledge of products and systems.
- Share expertise and promote teamwork.
- Coordinate production activities and monitor progress.
- Manage tools, materials, and equipment usage.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Assembly skills, Electrical skills, Electronics knowledge, Hand tool usage, Mechanical skills, Schematic reading, Test equipment usage, Troubleshooting
- Engineering and Process Improvement: Engineering, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, Process improvement, Prototype development, Testing
- Education and Experience:
- AS or BS Degree preferred (Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemical) or equivalent experience
- Manufacturing internship or co-op experience
- Lean Manufacturing Training (e.g., Intro to Lean, 5S, Kaizen, VSM) preferred
Shift Options:
- CWW Days D1: Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (6AM to 6PM), Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (every other Wed).
- CWW Days D2: Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (6AM to 6PM), Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (every other Wed).
- CWW Nights N1: Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (6PM to 6AM), Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (every other Wed).
- CWW Nights N2: Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (6PM to 6AM), Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (every other Wed).
Work Environment:
- Cleanroom environment.
- Training for all shifts will be 2 weeks on 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm onsite.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Wilton,CT.
