What We're Looking For:

• Mechanical Assembly Pros: Experience in Mechanical Assembly or Automotive Mechanics.
• Detail-Oriented Detectives: High attention to detail to spot issues before machines are shipped out.
• Technical Troubleshooters: Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical concerns during production.

Your Responsibilities:

• Quality Production: Produce products according to established specifications and contribute to quality improvements.
• Complex Systems: Manufacture and deliver high-level systems, solving technical problems along the way.
• Process Improvement: Actively contribute to pilot production and transition to volume production.
• Documentation: Develop and improve technical product documentation (TPD) and records.
• Teamwork: Support good teamwork by seeking solutions and implementing departmental tasks.
• Coordination: Coordinate production plan activities and monitor the use of tools, materials, and equipment.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement.
• Proficiency in testing, troubleshooting, and using hand tools.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
• Understanding of electronics, schematics, and test equipment.

Shift Options:

• 2nd Shift: Mon to Fri - 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, $26.40 an hour.
• 3rd Shift: Sun to Thurs- 10 PM to 6 AM, , $27.60 an hour.

• CWW Days: 6 AM to 6 PM, $24.00 an hour for the first 8 hours, $36 overtime for the additional 4 hours.
  • D1 Schedule: Week 1: Sun, Mon, Tues and Week 2: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wednes.
  • D2 Schedule: Week 1: Wednes, Thurs, Fri, Sat and Week 2: Thurs, Fri, Sat.

• CWW Nights: 6 PM to 6 AM, $27.60 an hour for the first 8 hours, $41.40 overtime for the additional 4 hours.
  • N1 Schedule: Week 1: Sun, Mon, Tues and Week 2: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wednes.
  • N2 Schedule: Week 1: Wednes, Thurs, Fri, Sat (6 PM to 6 AM) and Week 2: Thurs, Fri, Sat.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
