Job Title: AutoCAD Drafter

Job Description

We are seeking an AutoCAD Drafter with over 2 years of experience in telecommunications work. This role involves drafting Plan and Profile Permits related to telecommunication relocation projects within county, city, and TxDOT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Plan and Profile Permits related to telecommunication relocation projects in county, city, and TxDOT
• Utilizing AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drafting tasks
• Collaborating with the team to ensure accurate and efficient drafting work

Essential Skills

• 2 years of experience drafting in AutoCAD
• 2 years of telecommunication work experience
• Proficiency in drafting Plan and Profile Permits in the telecommunication space
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering, with Civil Engineering preferred
• Experience with pipe networks, pressure networks, surface creation, profile creation, view frame groups, sheet sets, and corridor/assembly/feature lines
• Experience in the fiber-optic/telecommunications industry

Work Environment

This position is based in an office environment with a team of 35 individuals. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with some flexibility. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
