Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Entry-Level BIM Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and management of Building Information Models (BIM) for various architectural and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure accurate and efficient model development.
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation from BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Support the implementation of BIM standards and protocols across projects.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
• Assist with the integration of BIM data into project workflows and management systems.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and other drafting tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $50.00/hr.
