Job Title: CAD Drafter

Responsibilities

• Develop code-compliant drawings from concept to completion.
• Create detailed floor plans, cabinetry layouts, framing, roof, walls, electrical, plumbing, and gas schematics.
• Generate HUD, Modular, and Commercial construction packages for Northeast customers.
• Collaborate effectively with operations, sales, and quality assurance teams.
• Ensure compliance with building standards through coordination with local and third-party inspectors.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience in architectural drawing.
• Knowledge of residential construction.
• Capability to create HUD and residential design.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of AutoCAD experience.
• Experience in residential construction.
• Willingness to work on site in Leola, PA.

Work Environment

On site in Leola, PA. Drafter will work near 3 other drafters, but the work is very independent as each drafter works on their own assignments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $65000.00
