Job Title: Estimator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans, prepare material and labor cost estimates, and develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors. This role also involves managing bids, preparing detailed cost analyses using bid data, presenting estimates to management and stakeholders, and compiling and recording actual costs.
Responsibilities

- Prepare material and labor cost estimates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Manage bids from vendors and contractors.
- Use bid data to prepare detailed cost analyses.
- Present prepared estimates to management and stakeholders.
- Compile and record actual costs.
Essential Skills
- 4 years of experience working as an estimator in construction.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Experience in commercial construction.
- Strong project management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
