Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Professionally represent the company to owners, architects, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and task assignments.
• Oversee project activities to ensure compliance with regulations and permits.
• Procure necessary materials and manage supplies in collaboration with vendors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment

The individual would be working in their corporate office in Winston-Salem or at their Greensboro location.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00
