Job Description:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
• Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress.
• Manage project budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure project documentation is up to date.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
