Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager for a ground-up federal construction project in Panama City, Florida. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Quality Control Manager (QCM) on similar construction projects and must hold an active CQCM certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance with all quality control requirements on the construction project.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and federal authorities.
• Implement and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit quality control documentation and reports.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with OSHA and USACE safety regulations.

Essential Skills

• Active CQCM certification
• Experience in federal construction projects
• Knowledge of OSHA 30 and safety regulations
• Proficiency in quality control management
• Strong understanding of construction processes, especially in concrete and MEP construction

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with concrete construction
• Experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction
• Safety training certifications such as OSHA 30

Work Environment

The role is based on a federal military base in Panama City, Florida. The project is expected to last for 2 years, with the possibility of long-term opportunities upon successful project completion. The environment is strictly compliant with federal safety and quality regulations, offering an engaging and dynamic work setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00
