Job Title: Construction Safety Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Manager to join our team. This position requires supervision and coordination of production and operating workers, aiming to enhance production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency. This is an onsite role with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production quality control and maintenance to detect production problems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff and resolve personal grievances.
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

Essential Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in construction, construction safety, electrical safety, mechanical safety.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Data center experience.
• Electrical safety experience.
• Mechanical safety experience.

Work Environment

This role is based onsite in Cheyenne . You will be provided with a supplier-provided laptop, and a personal cell phone is required to be reached. The daily schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. The workspace will be assigned onsite.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
