Actalent is urgently hiring for a Construction Superintendent!!
We are seeking a dedicated Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves supervising daily site operations, maintaining detailed logs, and coordinating subcontractors across various trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. The Project Superintendent will ensure that all work aligns with blueprints and plans, address any construction-related questions or concerns, and review technical drawings. This position requires strong management skills, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of general construction practices. The successful candidate will represent our company professionally, working closely with doctors, nurses, and plant operations in an active hospital environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction projects, monitoring schedules and progress.
- Maintain a daily log for site operations and reporting.
- Oversee subcontractors in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC trades.
- Ensure completion of the daily punch list.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure accurate execution of blueprints and plans.
- Address and resolve construction-related questions and concerns.
- Review and interpret duct work, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry drawings.
- Utilize effective management skills, communication, and knowledge of general construction and blueprints.
Essential Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience as a superintendent in the commercial construction industry.
- OSHA 10 certification.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
