Hiring for Customer Service Representative/Call Center Representative/Front Desk/Front Office

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for answering calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals. This role involves handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, accurately capturing information, and providing tracking and shipping details for medications. You will also assist new and returning patients with their application processes.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in customer service, particularly in high volume call centers.
  • Ability to multitask and perform detailed work.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
