Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting faxes, e-scripts, verbal, and written prescription orders, inputting information into the LifeFile System, and providing excellent customer service over the phone. This role involves processing refill requests from patients and doctors' offices, calling patients about new prescriptions and IVR requests, and contacting doctors for refill requests.

Responsibilities

• Interpret faxes, e-scripts, verbal, and written prescription orders.
• Input all information into the LifeFile System.
• Answer patient phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Process refill requests from patients and doctors' offices.
• Call patients about new prescriptions and IVR requests.
• Contact doctors for refill requests.

Essential Skills

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
• Experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations.
• Experience in a call center environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Provisional License
• Compounding experience (not required)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00
