Actalent Services is looking for a Data Management Specialist is to manage and organize inbound/outbound documents according to company procedures. This role also includes data entry within the document control group.
Responsibilities
- Classify, catalog, store, and retrieve documentation generated by department personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks including updating records and tracking deliverables.
- Record and maintain physical and/or electronic documents, including the distribution of new documents and the removal of obsolete records.
- Conduct quality control and documentation review checks.
- Develop, implement, and execute document control policies and procedures.
- Administer document and system access rights and revision control to ensure the security of the system and the integrity of documents.
Essential Skills

- Strong multi-tasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency within Workday.
- Experience in order entry, planning, and scheduling.
Work Environment
The role requires in-office reporting to the Project Manager who is responsible for managing training links. The position involves performing consistent and monotonous tasks for the duration of the contract.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
