Job Title: Director of Engineering

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Engineering to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and evaluating engineering designs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and resources. Additionally, you will work closely with consulting engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met, while also conducting inspections and tests to ensure the integrity and performance of engineering systems and components. This role also involves preparing and maintaining detailed engineering reports, plans, and documentation for projects and compliance. You will stay updated on relevant codes and standards and ensure that projects adhere to all applicable regulations. Furthermore, you will provide guidance and mentorship to engineering department team members.

Responsibilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
