Job Title : Director of Assisted Living
Job Description
Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring high standards of care and mentoring support staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations within regulatory standards while providing excellent resident care and maximizing profitability.
- Develop, lead, and inspire a team of caregivers, culinary, and support staff.
- Complete clinical assessments of residents' health status and develop care plans.
- Manage total care of residents including administering medication and performing treatment orders.
- Fill in for nursing assistants and care partners as needed.
- Create reports and documentation related to incidents, changes of status, and care provided.
- Additional duties as delegated.

This is a 24 / 7 assisted living facility.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $115000.00
401k available with some matching. Would not have access to any other benefits. Stipend offered. May have an annual bonus or profit-sharing offered in addition to yearly salary.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Eagan,MN.
