Job Description
This position offers a long-term opportunity with a large utility company supporting the power distribution team. The Distribution Support Representative will work to ensure that the group is operating efficiently and provide overall administrative assistance.
Responsibilities
- Engineering, crew, and supervisory timekeeping.
- Processing expenses.
- Ensuring the employee board is in compliance with compliance posters.
- Running JETS scheduling/weekly meetings.
- Utilization of ARCOS.
- Scheduling the assembly room.
- Filing easements with the assembly room.
- Assisting engineers with crew folders.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Organizing office events.
- Supporting administrative assistants with phone coverage and directing customer calls to engineers or call centers.
- Supporting in storm duties by helping with customer callbacks and clearing calls from TCMSweb.
- Coordinating Verizon engineers or supervisors phone service.
- Assisting with maintenance for building facility issues.
- Responsible for paying office bills and filing.
Essential Skills
- 3 years of administrative experience.
- Timekeeping experience.
- Experience in logistics.
- Supporting a manager.
- Calendar management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Administrative support.
- Timesheets and timekeeping.
- Purchase orders.
- Office management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Some form of education (degree or diploma).

Work Environment
This position requires working 100% in the office during normal business hours, either from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
