The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative is responsible to provide general office administrative support in Purchasing and Customer Service. This position interacts with customers and vendors via phone and e-mail, prepares quotations for customers, obtains price and delivery information from vendors, and handles general tasks in support of customers.

- Primary person responsible for all inbound sales calls
- Support for Regional Sales Managers
- Prepare quotations for customers, obtain price and delivery information from vendors, prepare sales and purchase orders for items
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Process expedited delivery of goods to customers as required
- Confer with vendors to obtain product information such as price, availability, delivery schedule, technical data, and part number substitutions
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to inquiries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
- Maintain and manage current customer personnel contacts in ERP, as well as customer fleet/capabilities
- Prepare and send periodic Open Order Reports for customers, as needed
- Research regarding part numbers substitutions
- Assist with product line development
- Prepare reports to ensure KPIs and Service Levels are met
- Contribute to work environment by maintaining positive attitude, promoting collaboration, and demonstrating strong focus on teamwork

Experience: Heavy data entry experience
Computer Skills: Have the ability to quickly and accurately enter data into various software applications, included but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Edge.
Language Skills: Fluent in English
