Job Description
We are an international medical device manufacturer seeking an Electronic Manufacturing Technician for our large-scale facility located in Spencer, IN. At this facility, we manufacture stents, catheters, scopes, enteral feeding systems, and other medical device products. The role supports electrical and electronic engineering activities, often involving specialized equipment in a laboratory or bench environment, in the definition, design, and development of products.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, modify, test, build, and assemble electrical circuits and systems, circuitry, test equipment, and prototypes using current tools, analysis techniques, and technologies.
- Work from schematics, diagrams, and written and verbal instructions.
- Document, test, evaluate, analyze, and verify electrical/electronic systems, circuits, prototypes, and components by writing documents, reports, memos, and change requests.
- Track and troubleshoot electrical development efforts. Address test set-ups, circuit or device problems by creating and maintaining records in the approved tracking management tool.
- Document and solve test and evaluation results problems through detailed use of lab notebooks, completion of test reports, and other organized means.
- Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
- Assure that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained to ensure Quality System compliance and adherence to the Quality Policy.
- Establish and promote a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
Essential Skills
This is a second shift role
Must Haves:
1. Associate or bachelor degree in engineering or electronics.
2. 3 years experience testing and troubleshooting electronic tools and equipment.
3. Experience in designing, developing, debugging, modifying, testing, building, and assembling electrical circuits and systems. Familiarity with using current tools, analysis techniques, and technologies is essential.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
