ResourceMFG is hiring for Production Technicians on 1st Shift in Bloomington
Shift Day & Time:
7:00AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday. Some hours may vary on 1st based on the job.
Pay Rate:
$16 per hour.
Job Description:
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic products.
- Adhere to procedures and work instructions, achieve hourly production rates and minimum quality standards as defined in the Quality Objectives.
- Understand and follow the production flow process, continuous development of knowledge relating to product type and model identification.
- Adhere to company policies and required attendance guidelines, follow all safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work space and inform Supervisor or Team Leader of recurring issues.
- Potential work in the shipping department when orders are needed.
- Prepping product for shipment for a Indiana legacy.

Job Requirements:
- Basic computer skills where applicable.
- Walking up to 1 to 3 miles per day. Up to 50 lbs lifting is required.
- No diploma or GED needed.
