Job Title: Engineering Administrator

Job Description

Responsible for establishing and executing a set manufacturing plan for one or more programs, ensuring material is forecasted, ordered, and available on time to meet the build plan. Additionally, responsible for releasing work to the manufacturing floor for build, maintaining ship dates, and customer commitments while working with other support staff to execute the plan. Communication across multiple business functions and commitment to continuous improvement of processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute manufacturing plans for programs.
• Ensure materials are forecasted, ordered, and available to meet build plans.
• Release work to the manufacturing floor for build.
• Maintain ship dates and customer commitments.
• Work with support staff to execute the plan.
• Communicate across multiple business functions including Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Program offices.
• Commit to continuous improvement of processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.46/hr.
