What You'll Do:
- Conduct Testing: Perform chemical, physical, and performance tests to support our manufacturing process.
- Analyze Samples: Evaluate raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Data Management: Enter data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Lab Equipment: Set up and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Recommend and initiate corrective actions for any lab or product non-conformance.
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety, quality, 5S, ISO, GMP, and housekeeping standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing quality, environmental, and safety enhancement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Experience:
- No experience required with a 4-year Chemistry degree.
- Minimum 2 years of QC experience with a 4-year Associate Science degree.
- Minimum 4 years of QC experience with a 2-year Chemistry or equivalent degree.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard lab methodologies and instrumentation.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy.
Must-Have Expertise:
- Analytical Techniques: Experience with colorimetry, IR, titrations (auto and manual), viscosity, turbidity, digital density, melting and freezing point, GC, LC-MS, and atomic absorption.
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or equivalent.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
