Description:
Our client is interested in hiring talented individuals to become part of our Research team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and be creative, resourceful, independently motivated, and detail oriented. Tasks performed may include, but are not limited to, radar signal parameter analysis/interpretation, radar signal simulation development, test
plan development and execution, test analysis and reporting, QA, software design and development for applications. This position requires strong written and oral communications skills as well as the ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary
team. After training, the successful team member will be able to review and interpret EWIR data and other RF parametric information,
develop and program RF simulations for lab test purposes, develop and maintain simulation documentation, develop and execute test plans, maintain simulations with configuration control procedures and maintain appropriate file library with programmed simulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Education requirement: BS/BA in Math, EE, Physics, Comp Sci
Candidates with a bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience (internships included) must have either testing experience (RF, testing equipment, etc.) or experience using relevant software (MATLAB, Labview, Excel).
