Job Title: Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will analyze blueprints, specifications, and project plans to understand the scope and requirements. This role involves calculating costs, identifying potential risks, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and preparing detailed cost estimates and bids. The successful candidate will monitor project costs against estimates and present financial reports to project managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project plans to understand the scope and requirements.
• Calculate the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses.
• Identify potential risks and uncertainties that could impact the project budget.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotes and negotiate prices.
• Prepare and submit detailed cost estimates and bids for projects.
• Monitor actual costs against estimates throughout the project lifecycle and make adjustments as needed.
• Present cost estimates and financial reports to project managers and stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $65.00/hr.
