ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

Scenic Ridge Company is currently seeking an ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER.

Position interacts with clients and internal staff in the securing, purchasing, and management of construction projects.

Skill Requirements:

• Technical knowledge
• Construction experience
• Strong personal character and integrity
• Experience in sales
• Advanced communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work through complex challenges to completion
• Independent decision making
• Confidentiality
• Work with minimal direction
• Understand construction plans/specifications and processes
• Advanced computer experience
• Ability to lead responsive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, architects, clients
• Drafting/AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Successful applicant will be required to work 8-10 hours in a field and shop environment and would be based on a 40 hour workweek.
