Job Title: Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with at least three years of experience working on industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong take-off and conceptual estimating skills. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and Clients to ensure accurate and timely estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for industrial and commercial projects.
• Perform take-offs and conceptual estimating.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure alignment on project scopes and budgets.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimates.
• Utilize estimating software to develop and maintain cost databases.
• Review construction documents and specifications to provide comprehensive cost evaluations.
• Participate in bidding processes and prepare bid proposals.

Essential Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in estimating on commercial and industrial projects.
• Proficiency in take-off and conceptual estimating.
• Experience working with estimating software.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and specifications.
• Ability to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
