Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field, plus a minimum of 8 years of applicable HR experience in talent management and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of working as a strategic HRBP in a complex, fast-paced, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to line managers.
• Manage performance management processes.
• Handle accommodations and leave of absence requests for non-exempt employees.
• Support talent management initiatives.
• Foster strong employee relations.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of applicable HR experience in talent management and employee relations.
• Proven experience as a strategic HRBP in a complex, fast-paced, global organization.
• Solid performance management experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience supporting non-exempt employees is preferred.
• Experience in a semiconductor organization is beneficial but not required.

Work Environment

The position requires standard business hours and will be onsite for the first couple of months. After the initial period, there is potential for a hybrid schedule based on the manager's decision.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.91/hr.
