Overview:
We are currently hiring for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, for a long term contract opportunity that offers hybrid schedule flexibility.
Job Description:
- Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings.
- Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.
- Prepares rating on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with information on the company.
- May administer tests and interpret results, check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, extend formal job offers, work with outside agencies and vendors, etc.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree.
- 3 years of relevant talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
- Experience in a high-volume workplace.
- Experience in applicant tracking systems.
- Great customer service/communication skills.

Additional Information:
- Pay Rate: $30-$38/hr based on experience. (OT pays 1.5x)
- Benefits offered.
- 12 month contract opportunity.
- First shift.
- Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am - 3:30pm.
- Hybrid Schedule Flexibility: first 8 weeks will be onsite for training and development. Then transition to hybrid schedule of only 1-2 days onsite per week.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
