Job Description:
The Manufacturing Associate will work in a dynamic production environment supporting commercial clinical and launch activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on operations including setup, cleaning, and sanitization of manufacturing equipment
- Accurately weigh out buffers/media according to defined manufacturing procedures and standard operating procedures
- FOLLOW GMP documents, SOPs, and MPs with strict adherence to safety and compliance guidelines
- Monitor critical processes with basic troubleshooting capabilities
- Conduct in-process sampling of equipment and operate analytical instruments
- Perform parts washing and sterilization activities
- Ensure an organized and clean workspace at all times
- Work in a clean room environment wearing personal protective equipment as required
- Initiate and participate in quality deviation reports as necessary
- Develop and revise documents, SOPs, and MPs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years of experience in manufacturing-related fields
Work Schedule:
Night shift rotation is mandatory
