Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse and Manufacturing Associates to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that materials are handled efficiently and safely within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various types of equipment.
Duties
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers to ensure timely shipping and receiving.
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and cherry pickers to move products throughout the distribution center.
- Perform heavy lifting as required to handle materials and products safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in the handling of materials throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring quality control at each stage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus.
- Experience operating forklifts, clamp trucks, and cherry pickers is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to workplace safety is advantageous.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.30 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
