Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough contract reviews for incoming purchase orders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Analyze purchase orders, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Design manufacturing routings based on complex print specifications, ensuring efficiency and precision.
- Utilize ERP software to create routings and bills of materials that drive streamlined production.
- Spearhead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Identify and qualify new suppliers for external services, helping expand our capabilities.
- Review product designs to ensure compliance with engineering principles, customer contracts, and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to optimize equipment, special process vendors, and workflows.
- Assist with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and internal audits, ensuring continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality, Product, or Process Engineering.
- Strong technical reading and writing skills to navigate complex specifications.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- US citizenship or permanent residency is required due to ITAR compliance.
Preferred Skills That Set You Apart
- Background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in spring design and manufacturing processes.
- Expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solving complex engineering challenges.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $43.00/hr.
