Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Level Manufacturing Engineer to support our product launch initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in troubleshooting the assembly area, update Bills of Materials (BOM) and Work Instructions, conduct time studies of the first part production process, and work with operators to identify bottlenecks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in assembly and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to proactively assist in the assembly areas.
• 1 year of experience or entry-level with a relevant internship.
• Sharp problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

The work environment involves hands-on support in the assembly areas, interacting with operators, and actively participating in troubleshooting and process improvement tasks. The role may require standing for long periods and working in a manufacturing setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr.
