Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the process design and development for manufacturing within a regulated environment. This role involves conducting process validations and design transfers for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes within a regulated environment.
• Conduct process validations and design transfers to ensure continuous improvement.
• Program automated machinery to comply with medical device regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and performance.
• Adhere to ISO and GMP standards in all manufacturing processes.

Essential Skills

• Manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated environment
• Proficiency in PLC programming
• Experience with manufacturing processes for automated machinery
• Familiarity with medical device standards, including ISO and GMP
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
• Exposure to automation or PLC programming
• Strong focus on quality, performance, and efficiency

Work Environment

The role is based in a medical device manufacturing environment in Longmont, CO. The facility includes a variety of clean room setups across several buildings within the business park.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
