Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the process design and development for manufacturing within a regulated environment. This role involves conducting process validations and design transfers for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

- Conduct process validations and design transfers to ensure continuous improvement.
- Program automated machinery to comply with medical device regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and performance.
- Adhere to ISO and GMP standards in all manufacturing processes.
Essential Skills
- Manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated environment
- Proficiency in PLC programming
- Experience with manufacturing processes for automated machinery
- Familiarity with medical device standards, including ISO and GMP
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
- Exposure to automation or PLC programming
- Strong focus on quality, performance, and efficiency
Work Environment
The role is based in a medical device manufacturing environment in Longmont, CO. The facility includes a variety of clean room setups across several buildings within the business park.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
