Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Description
Join a well-known supplier and manufacturer of conveyors and aggregate equipment as a Mechanical Designer. This role involves working within a dynamic team to deliver high-quality designs and prompt equipment delivery. Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for conveyors and aggregate equipment.
- Utilize AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks for 3D modeling and solid modeling.
- Create detailed mechanical designs and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to ensure project success.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Perform a SolidWorks test to demonstrate the ability to form parts in SolidWorks.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in mechanical design and machine design.
- Expertise in AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling and solid modeling.
Work Environment
The work environment includes a team of three designers and a manager. The company recently built a brand new building, providing a fresh and modern workspace. Interviews will be conducted onsite, and candidates will be required to complete a SolidWorks test to assess their abilities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
