Job Description:
- As an Electrical Engineer, you will work under the guidance of an associate engineer to provide technical design and construction documents for commercial building power, lighting and special systems.
- Close coordination and collaboration with different design members within the company as well as architects, owners, and facilities staff outside the company.
- Assist in the initial concept planning and review of system options.
- Perform power and lighting load calculations using applicable computer software.
- Perform selective coordination, short circuit, and arc flash calculations using SKM software.
- Work closely with equipment vendors and manufacturers' representatives for selection and specification of appropriate equipment.
- Create highly coordinated construction documents using 3D Revit MEP.
- Construction administration responsibilities including submittal reviews, construction inspections and field troubleshooting.
- Participate in weekly internal department meetings to help establish company standards, training design guides, and learn from your peers in a proven educational format.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, specifically within the building controls or HVAC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of building control systems and HVAC solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to travel as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
